I'm Jess Soto-Ramirez!
Born in Colombia, raised in Australia by my powerful single mama.
Life threw us many curveballs - financial struggles, borderline homelessness, toxic relationships and constant moving in my first 12 years of life. Despite the battles, I learned early on the innate power that we, as women have.
Back in 2017 I had a crazy dream to start a kids clothing label - Jnr St - from always telling hubby I never wanted a business to wanting it so bad!
I imagined business to be smooth sailing - a well oiled machine of design, manufacture and sell. Boy did I get that wrong!! I was scared of failing, scared of succeeding, I struggled to believe in myself, I questioned everything, I compared myself to what looked like super successful businesses, I'd talk myself out of all my great ideas and I felt so overwhelmed and out of my depth at times - it felt like a total shit show.
I realised if I wanted something to change, I had to create the change for myself.
That was the intentional kick start of a very powerful personal development ride.
After years of learning on the job, investing in my personal and professional growth, I decided I didn't want to see incredible women like you, feeling what I felt anymore.
